Wk 4 EOC: "copyrights"

simply ! a copyright is a legal ownership of some thing that was "created" or "made" uniquely by an individual, several exclusive rights typically attach to the holder of a copyright , to produce copies or the reproduction of works and to sell those copies, to import or export work , a works that adpat the original work to perform or display the work publicly to sell or asgian these rights to others , to transmitted or display by radio or video audio etc.

There are different copyrights to almost everything there's a some that are more complex that other, some are divided by section.
The discussion of the acquisition of copyright protection is divided into the following sections:1   originality requirements, 2 work of authorship , 3 fixation , 4 automatic creation, 5 compilations.

according to the copy right laws, Titles, names, short phrases, and slogans are not protected by copyright law and also Copyrights do not protect ideas, procedures, processes, systems, methods of operation, concepts, principles, or discoveries: they only protect physical representations of them. there are also the copyright act  that is  grants five rights to a ownership owner. these are the right to

reproduce, prepare deriavate works, the right to perform and the right to display.
There is also the copy right protection that states : “an original work of authorship” that is “fixed in

However, federal copyright law protects only the expression of ideas, not the ideas themselves.
